At RadioSolutionKe, we provide both digital software solutions and physical hardware. Please review our delivery methods below based on the type of product you are purchasing.

• Delivery Method: Instant digital delivery via WhatsApp or Email.
• Processing Time: Typically within 60 seconds to 15 minutes during business hours after we receive your radio's serial/ERC screen photo.
• Shipping Cost: Free (Digital Transmission).

1. East Africa Delivery (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania)

We are proudly based in East Africa and offer expedited local shipping for all physical SD cards.

• Couriers: G4S, Fargo Courier, or registered local bus parcels depending on your exact location.
• Delivery Timeframes: 1 to 3 business days.
• Tracking: A tracking number or waybill receipt will be sent to your WhatsApp immediately upon dispatch.

2. International Shipping (Global)

We ship Map SD cards globally to customers importing JDM vehicles outside of East Africa.

• Couriers: DHL Express or International Registered Mail.
• Delivery Timeframes: 5 to 14 business days depending on customs processing in your country.
• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their local government.

3. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

Physical orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

If your physical SD card arrives damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp at +254 758 626 098 so we can arrange a replacement under our 1-Year Warranty guarantee.
